What does it mean by "In Stock With supplier"?
In order to provide such a large range of music and merchandise (in the full range of sizes), and provide you with the very latest new releases, nearly everything is you see on the site is ‘special order’, ie we won’t order from the supplier until you place an order on the site. Your items should arrive quickly though as we generally make an order with the suppliers once a week, so on average it should only take about two to four weeks for products to arrive into the country and be dispatched to you.
Please note that your items won’t be ordered until we have received your payment.

What are your payment options?
Credit Cards through PayPal: Paypal is one of the world’s easiest and most secure credit card payments site. All major credit cards are accepted, and you have full control over the transaction. The person you are sending money to will never see your credit card information either. Find out more information here.

Bank Deposit: This can be through either internet banking or a manual deposit at the bank. Please ensure that you include the reference provided (and only that reference) on your payment so we know it’s from you. Failure to do this will result in delays with your order.

Cash or Cheque: If none of the above options are suitable for you, you can send us either cash or a cheque through the mail, although obviously this is a lot less secure than the other options. This should only be used as a last resort.

Shipping
What are the shipping costs? Do you combine shipping?

Yes we can definitely send items together to save you money on postage. An A5 Trackpak will cost you $3.50 and you can fit about 6 single CDs, or two single DVDs, or two shirts. Anything larger than this (ie a hoodie, large boxsets etc) is $7.00. The most you will ever pay for shipping on an order is $7.00, so even if you ordered 7 hoodies and 5 DVDs the shipping would still only cost you $7.00! It definitely pays to consolidate your orders. The checkout system will calculate shipping costs for you automatically.

Can I pick my order up?
Unfortunately we am unable to do pickups at the moment. But with shipping so cheap it’s probably more cost effective to get it sent, once you factor in petrol and time costs.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, a long as you use paypal and email us to get an updated shipping cost.

What if an item is lost/broken in the post?
In the unlikely event something is lost or broken we will replace it for you immediately and sort compensation with the courier company. We always ensure you are never out of pocket!

I'm in a local band. Can you sell my CD?
Definitely. Just flick us an email and we’ll sort something out.

There is a CD/DVD/Shirt I want but it’s not listed on the site. Are you able to get it for me?
The chances are good that we can. Just send us an email or use the ‘contact us’ tab in the top menu.

Returns
Due to copyright issues we cannot accept CD or DVD returns if you simply change your mind, or the DVD does not work on your player. The regions are displayed in the product detail, and a DVD guide is provided as well to help determine if a DVD will work with your player. If you get a piece of merchandise and it’s too big or small, we am happy to swap it for another size. Just flick us an email and we’ll sort something out. If an item is damaged or defective we will of course replace it with another copy.
